Benjamin Bray

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer for Children’s Universal, Benjamin is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions, to include leading the collaborative journey to establish the company. He is also responsible for designing and implementing business operations and establishing policies that cultivate the company culture and vision. 

Benjamin is a Pocono Mountain native, a 2001 graduate of the Pocono Mountain School District, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University and is Leadership Wilkes-Barre Alumni. He has honorably served the United States for 15 years in both military and civil service positions, including multiple deployments to overseas contingencies. He has broad experience in business and partnership development, operations and logistics, and program and risk management. He also has experience working and volunteering in the South Pacific, Middle East and Europe, including tutoring at a Jesuit Refugee School in Beirut while living in Lebanon, 2016-2017. 

In 2019, Benjamin returned to his hometown in Pennsylvania to expand his family, grow Children’s Universal, and provide meaningful services to enrich the community.
